His date of first appointment as a Director was February 7, 2025, and his last re-election at an Annual General Meeting (AGM) was on September 25, 2025. This correction ensures accurate disclosure of the company’s directorate and adherence to Rule No. 9.11.6 of the Corporate Governance Rules of the Colombo Stock Exchange.
