Shareholders are also reminded that they are entitled to appoint a Proxy to attend and vote on their behalf. The completed Form of Proxy must be deposited at the Registered Office of the Company, located at Metrocorp Building, 1st Floor, No. 150A, Nawala Road, Nawala, Nugegoda, not less than thirty-six (36) hours before the commencement of the meeting.
