Shareholders and proxy holders keen to attend the 17th AGM virtually must notify the Company’s Registrars of their intention. The deadline for registration is 1:00 p.m. on September 28, 2026.
Proxy Appointments and Voting Procedures
Shareholders unable to attend the virtual meeting retain the right to appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf. The Form of Proxy, which allows for including voting preferences on resolutions, should be duly completed and deposited at the Registered Office of the Company, No. 481, T. B.
