COLOMBO, 01 September 2026 – Asia Asset Finance PLC (AAF), a prominent financial services provider in Sri Lanka, has announced the overwhelming success of its 2026 Rights Issue, which was not only fully subscribed but also significantly oversubscribed, demonstrating robust investor confidence in the company’s future.

According to an official announcement made to the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) today, AAF successfully raised a substantial sum of Rs. 1,503,894,999/- through the issuance of 45,162,012 Ordinary Voting Shares at a price of Rs. 33.30 per share.
