Virtual Meeting Protocols and Shareholder Participation
The decision to host a virtual AGM aligns with the Companies Act, No. 07 of 2007, and the Company’s Articles of Association regarding the conduct of such meetings. While essential personnel, including Board Directors, the Company Secretary, Registrars, key management officials, and representatives of the Auditors, will be physically present at the HQ Colombo venue, all other attendees, including shareholders, will participate via the Zoom online meeting platform.
To facilitate seamless participation, shareholders intending to join the meeting virtually are required to submit their details as per the enclosed Registration Form (Annexure 2) by 4:45 p.m. on 26th September 2026. Submissions can be made via email to corporate@snlaw.lk, by fax to 0112692592, or by hand/post to the Company’s registered office. Requests received after this deadline will unfortunately not be processed.

In the event of any difficulty or inability to access the online platform, shareholders are encouraged to contact the designated support personnel immediately.

The Company has also confirmed that the AGM will proceed as planned on 28th September 2026, at 3:00 p.m., irrespective of any public holiday declaration or imposition of curfew, given the virtual nature of the meeting.
