The announcement, made on September 04, 2026, outlines a standard yet significant agenda, crucial for the Company’s governance and shareholder oversight. This virtual format continues to provide flexibility and accessibility for stakeholders in the current business environment.

Key Agenda Items for the 42nd AGM

Shareholders attending the virtual AGM will address several vital matters, including:

  • To transact any other business for which due notice has been given, allowing for flexibility in addressing unforeseen or additional matters.

Shareholder Participation and Proxy Information

PMF Finance PLC emphasizes the importance of shareholder participation. Any shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is also entitled to appoint a proxy to attend, speak, and vote on their behalf. A proxy need not necessarily be a shareholder of the Company.

For shareholders wishing to appoint a proxy, a completed form must be deposited at the Head Office of the Company, located at No.361, 361/1 R. A. De Mel Mawatha, Colombo 3, or forwarded to pmfagm@pmf.lk. The deadline for submission is not less than 48 hours before the time appointed for the holding of the meeting.
