- Residual Fractions: Any residual share fractions arising from the scrip dividend distribution will be aggregated, allotted to nominated trustees, sold, and the net proceeds distributed to a charity or charities approved by the Board of Directors.
- CDS Accounts: Shareholders holding shares in scrip form (physical share certificates) are strongly advised to open an account with the CDS prior to the AGM. This will allow the new shares allotted to be directly uploaded to their CDS accounts, as physical share certificates will not be issued for the new shares, in compliance with SEC and CDS directives.

The Board of Directors has expressed confidence that the Company will satisfy the solvency test set out in the Companies Act No. 07 of 2007 immediately following the allotment of the dividend, a fact further supported by a Certificate of Solvency issued by the Company’s Auditors, Messrs KPMG, Chartered Accountants.
Shareholders are strongly encouraged to refer to the full amended Notice of Meeting and Circular to Shareholders for complete details and instructions.
