Terms and Conditions
Initial Deposit
To qualify for the offer, investors must deposit a minimum of Rs.500,000/- in cash or an equivalent value in shares. The share portfolio will be valued as of the transfer date.
Pre-Approved Margin Credit Facility
A margin credit facility will be approved immediately upon the initial deposit being converted to shares. The credit facility will be 50% of the portfolio value or a maximum of Rs.500,000, whichever is lower.
Example:
- Initial portfolio value of Rs.500,000 —> Margin Credit: Rs.250,000
- Initial portfolio value of Rs.1,100,000 —> Margin Credit:Rs.500,000
- CSE Trading Participant Rules will be applicable in determining the pre-approved margin credit facility.
Interest Waiver
Client will be given one month interest waiver from the date of granting of the credit facility.
Broker Credit Agreement
Client shall sign the standard broker credit agreement. Extension of credit, the interest rates and liquidation of portfolio shall be subject term referred in the said agreement. Broker credit agreement shall be subject to CSE Trading Participant Rules.
